Originally a Bolton girl living at home, I took the leap to branch out and moved to sunny Manchester for university when I was 18. At The University of Salford, I studied English Language for 3 years with the initial idea of becoming a teacher. Whilst studying my degree I worked in Manchester city centre and always had a passion for fashion, makeup and skin care.
My dream job was always to be a makeup artist and in my spare time I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with lots of different products. But after working in a sales role for 3 years, I felt it was time to try something more exciting and pursue a career in recruitment.
Therefore, when I found out about Lavandi Talent which combines recruitment, beauty and has an amazing supportive team, I knew it was a dream come true. My previous role was with a big company, and it has been so refreshing to join a family environment who support one another so much. I feel extremely lucky to be working with such lovely people and I can’t wait to achieve all my personal goals. The team here at Lavandi have instantly made me feel so welcome and I can’t wait to see where this new venture takes me!
